Furniture Orders & Deliveries

How long will I have to wait for a (furniture) order?

We carry a few items in stock, but most of our products are made to order, with a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks. This can vary and we can sometimes push orders through quicker if required, so please enquire for individual pieces.

Where in the UK can you deliver to & how much does it cost?

Our standard delivery area for furniture covers the United Kingdom and international shipping, please enquire, we send items out using a third party courier

Delivery costs vary as to the item(s) and location – please enquire for specific pieces, or enter the products you're interested in and use the shipping calculator in the Shopping Cart.

What if I need to change my delivery date?

No problem - give the delivery courier company a call ASAP directly to rearrange your delivery to the next available date.

Please note that missed or rearranged courier deliveries might incur an extra cost.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns policy in any form because of the nature of the product that we sell. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Due to the made to order products that we sell, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
Goods made to the consumer's own specifications are excluded from the cancellation rights unless there is found to be a fault or not to the correct specification to which it was ordered.

EXCEPTIONS
We would normally endeavor to repair the item(s) to a satisfactory condition or, if necessary, organize a replacement of items if they are defective or damaged. Returns must be notified to us in writing via email to INFO@sustainableandsalvaged.com or via our website returns form within 14 days of purchase if the item is found to be defective or damaged. Any shipping costs incurred will be refunded if the product is to be found defective.
