  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order directly on our website. Once your order is received, we will reach out to you via email to confirm color and design specifications. Alternatively, you can email us directly at to inquire about custom orders.
  • Will my order require assembly?
    In most cases our furniture does not require assembly. In the case that it does, your order will be accompanied by tools and instructions.
  • How do I pay for my purchase?
    We accept payment from all major credit cards, PayPal, or LayBuy. We also accept direct bank transfer for customers in the UK only.
  • Do you charge taxes?
    Taxes are calculated based on the country to which the item(s) is shipped.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes. If this is the case, please reach out to us at and we will make arrangements and provide further instructions.
  • How long will it take for me to receive my order after purchase?
    Ready-made items are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks.
  • Can I get my order expedited?
    We can expedite some orders at an additional cost. Some items cannot be expedited due to restoration processes. To inquire about a specific item, please email us at
  • What shipping methods do you use?
    We use Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, and DHL. For larger items, we use Tuffnells.
  • If I order multiple items, will they ship separately?"
    Your complete order will ship at the same time. Due to size, most pieces will be shipped in individual packages however, smaller products, such as our body bars, will ship in the same package.
  • How do you keep me up to date on the delivery status?
    You will receive periodic alerts via text and Whatsapp from Sustainable & Salvaged and email by the courier service.
  • If an issue arises with the delivery of my order, who do I contact?"

  • Can I purchase a gift card?
